#Love-A-Thon Mini Challenge: My Mad Lib

One day, I was singing with Johnny Jefferson. Out of the blue, a snake came out of nowhere! It was so creepy, slimy and huge. At first, we were afraid, we were petrified, but we escaped. We hopped on a motorbike to make our getaway.

As we escaped, we turned up the radio because Let Her Go came on and made me blush. Everything was extremely smooth sailing until a tiger appeared in the middle of the road. We swerved to avoid it, but while Johnny stayed on the motorbike, I got thrown onto my side in the woods.

I couldn't get up, and felt numb as I lay there staring up at the trees. What was I going to do? I heard a crunching among the leaves, and felt nauseous. Surely, this was going to be my end. As my eyes fluttered shut, the last thing I saw was a head of brown hair and green eyes.

When I woke up again, I was on a hammock. My body hurt a whole lot less, and I could sit up. There was a bookcase and single red rose in the room, along with strawberries and champagne. The door suddenly opened to reveal Alex, a concerned look on his face. I blushed and averted my gaze, but he winked and said, "Don't be shy. It's okay."

He came over to sit by me, and we started talking after I told him my name. We chatted about music, writing and travelling and realized we had a ton in common! I thought he was hot and couldn't help feeling a little swoony.

Just as he reached out for my hand, the door crashed open and in came Jed Marshall. "Don't let him charm you away, my love!" He yelled, running at Alex. They each had KITCHENWARE in their hands and began to fight. "Stop!", I yelled, feeling so helpless. They didn't listen to me. Before I could intervene, Alex fell to the floor and disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

"What was that?" I asked, staring at the empty space. Jed dropped his weapon, and came over to me. "Magic, but you are safe now, pretty girl." He hugged me close, and I suddenly knew that this was the real deal and not just a dream.

Just as I'll Make Love to You started playing in my head, I woke up. I cursed my infuriating luck. Why had it only been just a dream?

I hope you enjoyed my mad lib!

My Book Boyfriends came from:

Johnny Jefferson - Johnny Be Good by Paige Toon
Alex - I heart series by Lindsey Kelk
Jed Marshall - Made in Nashville by Mandy Baggot

The interesting point is that my 3 book boyfriends, coincidently, are ALL musicians!!!! I think there might be a trend there... what do you think?

Let me know who your favourite book boyfriends are, and if there's a particular type that gets you sizzling! ;)
